B&B Attachments Announces Strategic Leadership Transition as Company Enters New Era of Growth

B&B Attachments is pleased to announce an important leadership transition as it enters a new era of growth, innovation and long-term stability.

After decades of dedicated service, former Managing Director Mike Barton has stepped aside from his current role and has been appointed Company President. In his new position, Mike will step down from the board but will remain actively involved within B&B Attachments in a key sales capacity, ensuring the business continues to benefit from his unmatched industry knowledge, technical expertise, and relationships across the material handling sector. His ongoing involvement provides continuity and reinforces the company’s commitment to customer support and product excellence.

The transition accompanies a successful management buyout led by three key directors, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s evolution. As part of the new leadership structure, John Lamberth has been appointed Managing Director, bringing strong operational leadership and a clear strategic vision for B&B’s future. Alongside him, Neal Fowler continues in his role as Sales Director, and Scott Little as Financial Director, both also central figures in the buyout.
